On June 24, 2022, Giants Live announced the rosters of athletes competing in the "World’s Strongest Nation" contest, scheduled to take place on Nov. 26, 2022, at the M&S Bank Arena in Liverpool, England. The rosters were revealed in two Instagram posts

The rosters, which feature both strongmen and strongwomen are captained by two of the four stars of The Strongest Men in History. Robert Oberst is the captain of Team USA while 2017 World’s Strongest Man Eddie Hall will make his return to the sport as a competitor to captain Team UK. The rosters are below in alphabetical order.

Team USA

Each roster has six men and three women. Between the two teams, the athletes all hold numerous titles and world records. A contest that features both strongmen and strongwomen in the same competition is rare. As of this writing, the events and weights have not been announced. Oberst and Hall haven’t commented about their rosters yet, but they both have elite competitors on their sides of the field.

There are also three World’s Strongest Woman champions on Team UK. Donna Moore is the three-time World’s Strongest Woman. 2018 World’s Strongest Woman Andrea Thompson will also make Team UK’s chances of victory increase significantly as will 2021 World’s Strongest Woman Rebecca Roberts.

Team USA features rising stars Evan Singleton and Bobby Thompson as well as former WSM contender Rob Kearney. Notably, four-time World’s Strongest Man Brian Shaw isn’t in this contest, but 2021 Shaw Classic winner Trey Mitchell is. Former Arnold Amateur Champion Inez Carrasquillo unofficially broke the world record in the log clean and press by lifting 142.9 kilograms (315 pounds) in training. Nadia Stowers is the 2021 Static Monsters Worldwide Champion. Gabi Dixson is well-versed in both strongwoman and powerlifting. She enters this contest as the 2021 IPL World Champion in her other sport.

For fans that can’t be in Liverpool for the contest, Giants Live announced on their website that the show will be streamed on Facebook Watch pay-per-view — which is good news since any strongman fan won’t want to miss this action.
