2022 Syndicate Crown CrossFit Semifinals Results and Recap — Who is Heading to the Games?

The opening weekend of the 2022 CrossFit Semifinals saw 80 individual athletes and 60 teams throwing down across three continents. On May 20-22, 2022 the Torian Pro took place in Brisbane, Australia while Amsterdam, Netherlands hosted the CrossFit Lowlands Throwdown. Meanwhile, the Syndicate Crown took place in Knoxville, TN, featuring athletes like 2021 Fittest Man on Earth® Justin Medeiros and rising star Haley Adams.

Unsurprisingly to many fans, Haley Adams, Justin Medeiros, and CrossFit Mayhem Freedom took home victories in their respective divisions at the inaugural Syndicate Crown. The top five competitors from each division have now secured their places at the 2022 NOBULL CrossFit Games in Madison, WI, slated for Aug. 3-7.

2022 Syndicate Crown Overall Leaderboard

The first-ever Syndicate Crown individual competitions proved the importance of consistency and athletes playing to their strengths. Over three days of competition, the top 10 athletes — five women and five men — battled it out for their tickets to Madison, WI.

Athletes completed six workouts over the high-energy weekend, testing everything from their max strength to their ability to go, go, and go some more. While the Barbell Complex brought out the competitors’ prowess with Olympic lifting strength, Skiing With Karen offered a brutal test of strength and endurance with an ascending rep scheme across multiple full-body moves.
